I will be demonstrating:

• Roasted tomato soup
• Chilled salmon roulade with tehina sauce
  
• Beef stew with wild mushrooms, fingerling potatoes and artichokes
• Mixed greens with raspberry vinaigrette
• Praline “cheesecake” with coffee crunch topping
