Upcoming Cooking Demo in NYC: Monday November 22nd: Leftover Party
Posted on 17th of November, 2010 by Lévana
A natural sequel to the Thanksgiving feast. So what’s wrong with leftovers? Nothing whatsoever, au contraire! Only please don’t call them that, and don’t serve them the way they came as the other night’s dinner, which might have been great then but would be kind of drab now: Instead, spend a few minutes recasting them in new, easy and exciting, even elegant, ways!
I’ll be demonstrating:
- Quick chicken soup
- Spicy chopped liver pastries
- Three layer fish terrine
- Curried chicken salad
- Moroccan potato frittata
- Bread chocolate pudding

Sounds like a great event! Wish i lived closer!
Leftover dinners are great fun, not only because they are delicious,
But because you are watching a complete makeover in minutes! That tricolor fish terrine is so beautiful, and it’s hard to believe it’s made of some humble leftover cooked salmon! Hope u come and visit one of the demos when you are in town!
