This Year’s Seders in Jerusalem? Yum!

Which of us, no matter how virtuous and devoted, wouldn’t wish for a little help when it comes to cooking up a storm for Pessach?

If you are among those who opt against the more expensive and more institutional hotel Pessach programs (and who could blame you?), with lots of loved ones coming from all corners of the earth to be in the Holy City, help with your meals might be most welcome. Several of my friends living in Jerusalem have just mentioned they will be ordering at least parts of their meals from Culinary Essentials, a new catering service based in Jerusalem and run by a lovely and talented young couple, who by all accounts deliver delicious and wholesome meals. They waxed lyrical about their Boeuf Bourguignon, and I got slightly jealous: Could it be as good as mine? Sounds like it is indeed, so I am leaving you in good and talented hands. Their service is in Jerusalem, they take orders by phone and they deliver. Oh I nearly forgot the main thing: All natural ingredients: yes, two people after my own heart. So kudos to them: Way to go! No wonder it’s so heavenly!
