Hi Levana and Maurice,
Thank you for introducing us to THE PASTA FACTORY. the trip from the upper west side to Teaneck N.J. took all of 20 minutes and with ample parking was surely no problem. We were delighted with the charming decor, unpretentious yet tasteful. The food belies the name. Being a true "foodie", I can compare the cuisine to the very best in N.Y. and yet it was still kosher. I am still thinking about the wonderful tuna tartar, the beef carpaccio and the great halibut we had. I must plan another trip to try the pasta.
