This bottle was part of a gorgeous Mishloach Manot/birthday present basket I received from my daughter Bella. Reading the ingredient list created an uproar among my guests. Intrigued, I looked online for the price, which created some more consternation….I am hoping this image and the blurb that came with it tell the whole story. The price shown is for an 8-ounce bottle.
White truffle oil is made using the aroma of the Tuber magnatum pico, also known as Whilte Truffle. Its unique earthy flavor makes it an excellent ingredient, particulary with risotto, pasta and fish dishes, or just pour a few drops on a simple salad and make it extraordinary.
Price includes shipping.
Certified kosher by Kof-K Supervision .
PS: in the absence of truffle oil, make porcini oil: Quite close to truffle oil: Here’s how:-))))))
