Prag: the hardcover and digital version of the Whole foods Kosher Kitchen are real beauties. The difference is not not just cosmetic. It's what one book reviewer described as "Like black and white TV gone color" That should say it all.

Since I was able to compare the two versions of the whole foods books , I agree that the second version looks a lot better, nevertheless the soft cover book works for me too.
The dairy free one I like a lot as well, only sometimes I make it dairy nonetheless:)

I can see your point of view on the digital books, indeed the point is not to send all the recipes to others.

Prag good choice: that tropical fruit cake is fantastic, and the chicken too.
So sorry I must disagree with you about downloading EBooks. EBooks are meant to be used on a screen and only on a screen. It is the only possible guarantee that people will buy it as opposed to printing it for all their buddies.
Please confirm that you have the HARD COPY of The Whole Foods Kosher Kitchen. I only ask because an earlier version of the book exists, done by some schlock operator publisher, and looking miserable. If you bought the Ebooks, you must have the dairy-free cookbook as well: great dishes there too!
Shabbat shalom! All the bedt

Hi,

I have two of your books which I ordered on-line on the UK Amazon site (one of them is titled The Whole foods) and I also purchased your (3) books digitally for easy and quick access to recipes (at first I couldn't print anything but then I complained saying it's no use having a digital book if you can't print the recipes you need and they fixed that somewhat).

I was actually saying to my wife the other day (we sometimes cook together on Thursday evenings for Shabbes) we must try your Chicken Tandoori recipe and the tropical cake is also on my list to do.

Cordialement,
