This is similar to the way I usually make them, but I don’t use sugar – I find them sweet enough without it, but that’s my weirdness.

I haven’t added red onion, but I’ll have to try that. I never thought of it – but it seems like a natural match. (Maybe then I’ll need the sweetener?)

Such a simple thing but so good.
