Mother’s Day Brunch

This past week we went to three BBQs, including last night’s Lag Baomer gig, with our Rabbi, his lovely wife and his delightful children-sous chefs. I wasn’t sure  what was harder to resist: The kids or the delicious goodies they were flipping. In one short week I ate as much meat as I usually would in about a month. AND: We are invited to a BBQ this Mother’s day. I am so maxed out, but can’t pass up a chance for togetherness and good cheer. So my mostly-salad days will have to wait a drop longer. Meanwhile, here is what I made last year mother’s day brunch, and I think you’ll love it as much as our guests did!
