		<description><![CDATA[Levana:  A bakery for you to try next time (hope it will be soon!)is  The Natural Way on the corner of agripas and hashelah streets in Machaneh Yehuda. They are the BEST bakery in the city in my opinion, and every time I go to Israel I bring back some of their heavenly sourdough rolls and some of their almond crackers (really am almost unsweet almond cookie -- very addictive).  Their croissants will make you weep. In addition to their products being delicious they are all natural (as the name implies), do not use refined sugar, and cater to a wide variety of food issues.  Ingredients are posted for people who can&#039;t have eggs, wheat, soy....)  Lots of spelt products.  One day a week they clean out the oven and production areas thoroughly and bake gluten free.  (I tried the brownies out of curiosity and YUM!!)]]></description>
