hi and thanks for the info – do you ever do private demos in your home such as the monday evening ones any othe day of the week, at the per person price (even if its a little higher for a sheva brachos event)? the wedding is on a monday (aug 6th) please let me know, as this may be more of an interesting option as people may be coming in from the country and we live in brooklyn – your place may shorten the trip for those people especially when returning back to the country after the demo. thanks suzie

It is well known that in recent years, culinary retreats have become very popular worldwide. However, we realize that while people are on vacation, the kitchen alone, without major pampering in between sessions may be less attractive to the public, particularly, when so many different culinary workshops have become available.
This is why in 2008, we offered our clientele a unique concept: A culinary retreat with a celebrity chef at a luxurious spa hotel, where the guests can be pampered with spa treatments and enjoy other activities in between the culinary workshops.
For our first culinary-spa retreat we engaged the services of American celebrity chef and author, Susie Fishbein, to host the culinary workshops held at a luxurious boutique – spa hotel in the Northern Galilee, Israel, providing other activities at and off the resort. The 4 day event was a tremendous success.
After receiving many requests from our clientele to once again plan a culinary retreat like the previous one here in Israel, we are approaching several celebrity chefs like yourself, that may be interested in hosting the next event.
