    I JUST RECEIVED A CAPHALON HARD ANODIZED SAUTE PAN AS A GIFT I ALWAYS HEAR YOU SAY STAINLESS STEEL SHOULD I KEEP IT?

      Lucky you Jodi! As a rule I never like to recommend any brands to my readers, as for some of us some expenses are way over our heads. that said, there’s no doubt you have just received a valuable gift. As its name suggests, it is for brief cooking, so all iw ell. For all other stuff, stainless steel is king:-)))
