Thank you, very useful. I wasnt actually a big fan of Spinach for many years (ok, that’s a total understatement, I hated the stuff), but after marrying a vegan I kind of had to put up with it, and have gradually come to absolutely love the stuff. Spinach curry is undoubtedly my absolute favouritest! I even found adedicated spinach recipes website which is my new favourite site now, you should have a look!

Way to go! There was never ever anything wring with spinach, or for that matter anything wrong with any of the stuff children are supposed to grow up hating: if only sine mothers (like mine!) had cooked it with care and purpose and some good flavors! You might live to join us at our vegetarian Indian cooking demo, look it ip on our weekly class schedule: fabulous menu!
